Content policy

courses123 is a hosting platform for independent course creators ("schools"). Each school is solely responsible for the content it uploads and sells. We act as a neutral host and do not pre-screen all content, but we remove infringing, illegal or abusive material promptly once we become aware of it.

Acceptable Use

Content on courses123 must not: infringe intellectual-property rights; be illegal, harmful, deceptive, or hateful; contain sexual content involving minors; or violate applicable law. We may remove any content and suspend or terminate any school that breaches these rules, at our discretion and without notice.

Report content

Anyone can report a course directly from its page ("Report this course"), or email us at info@courses123.eu. We review every report and take action where warranted.

Copyright / DMCA notice-and-takedown

If you believe content on courses123 infringes your copyright, send a notice to info@courses123.eu including: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) the URL of the infringing course; (3) your contact details; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.

On receipt of a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the material expeditiously and notify the school. Repeat infringers will have their school terminated.

Moderation

Courses from new and free-plan schools are reviewed before they become public. All courses may be taken down at any time if they are reported or found to breach this policy.
